We’d always strive to provide the freshest batch to our customers. Hence, all the nut butters are freshly made to order. Once opened, please consume within 1 month ( room temperature) , 3 months ( fridge ) and 1 year ( freezer )
As we do not use palm fat or emulsifiers, natural nut oil may separate and this does not affect the quality, simply mix in for a creasy consistency.

Nut butters will eventually separate at some point, which means the oils naturally found in the nuts will separate and rise to the top of the jar. This is because they’re not added with hydrogenated oil or stabilizer. So what actually is hydrogenated oil? Why is it so bad?
Hydrogenation is a process in which a liquid unsaturated fat is turned into a solid fat by adding hydrogen. During this processing, a type of fat called trans fat is made, which raises LDL (“bad”) cholesterol, lowers HDL (“good”) cholesterol and has other harmful effects, such as causing heart diseases and cancers. Hydrogenated oil help make peanut butter smoother, creamier, and also increases the shelf life at room temperature.
When separation happens, all you need to do is to give it a good stir and mix before consuming. They’re the best part with the most healthy fats crucial for our body.
